Blacksmith Freight, a global logistics and 3PL provider, wanted to modernise and refresh their brand and website so that it reflected their global presence and the calibre of clients they were working with. Their current website was not responsive on mobile devices and their brand did not reflect their position as a leading logistics provider in their field.
We created a clear brand and messaging strategy that matched the credibility that Blacksmith Freight had in the market. We worked closely with Blacksmith to write a detailed specification for the new website that captured the full scope and functionality, and liaised with their clients to get compelling testimonials.
The design and development of the website positions Blacksmith Freight as global logistics provider, showcasing the breadth of clients they work with, as well as the integrated services that they offer. We managed the full scope of photography of people and shots taken in their own warehouse at Manchester Airport’s Freight terminal so that their potential clients could see the full scale of their facilities and resources to fulfil their logistics requirements.
We also designed a brochure for their 3PL services which has since awarded them several new global clients.
Website traffic has increased by 121% from the previous year since the new website has gone live.
