B4 car park is a secure, clean and easy access car park located in the centre of Birmingham. Despite its central location right next to the business district and Birmingham Children’s Hospital, it was also one of the city’s best kept secrets... until Moorhouse Digital stepped in.
What we delivered
Moorhouse Digital were engaged in 2017 to raise awareness of the car park and increase new customers.
Using a blend of Search Engine Optimisation, Google Ads and Facebook Ads we increased traffic to their website and to the car park, increasing weekday and weekend parking capacity by 65%.
We created content that focused on nearby venues in Birmingham such as Symphony Hall,. This meant that people searching for 'parking for symphony hall birmingham' would find B4 car park in Google and choose to park there.
This resulted in increased car park bookings whenever there was a big event in Birmingham.

To showcase B4 car park as a safe, bright, and ticketless car park with 'personality' we created a video that brought the pedestrian man to life to tell the story about what he saw every day at the car park.
We ran this video as an advert on Facebook to attract attention and encourage people to park at B4.
