Matthews is a family-run estate agent in Chester who have been established for over 30 years. As the longest established estate agency in Chester, they are a recognised brand, but with competition from online, hybrid and other traditional high street agents, Matthews approached us to improve their online presence, define their brand identity and create key messaging that would resonate with their clients.
What we delivered
Our brief was to increase traffic to their website to retain their position as one of the leading estate agency brands in Chester, and reinforce their experience, local knowledge and integrity across both digital channels and in-store.
We created key Chester location videos that resulted directly in new instructions due to showcasing their expertise in those areas through storytelling.
We create regular content for Matthews that have resulted in 18,000 page views this year. It is optimised on key search terms for SEO and is an effective source of inbound traffic.

Property Insight Reports
We created Chester Property Insight Reports to provide their sales team with valuable leave-behind material that promoted their knowledge of the area and examples of recently sold properties.
These were also available to download from the website to provide the team with valuable sales leads.
Local Video to Promote Hoole
Hoole is a sought-after area in Chester where there is a lot of competition from estate agents. Matthews wanted to gain more instructions in this area.
We created these informative and engaging videos to showcase their expertise and knowledge of the area and promoted them on social media. These resulted in direct new instructions for the business.
