The Project Brief
Toolerstone is a not for profit ‘creative escape’ in Cheshire village of Sandiway. They offer a variety of creative workshops, including gardening, floristry, willow weaving, painting, photography and more, all inspired by nature and the beautiful garden setting in which Toolerstone resides.
Toolerstone approached Moorhouse Digital to design and build a fresh new website that better showcased their beautiful surroundings and variety of workshops available. They needed more flexibility in the way they managed and uploaded workshops, and they wanted to provide the user with a more seamless and easier user experience.

The new website now aligns with the quality of the Toolerstone brand, capturing the tranquility of the space and giving users the same high quality experience online that they receive when they attend a workshop.
Improved User Experience
We worked closely with the team at Toolerstone to map out a clear user journey when booking a workshop. The events search filter allows users to easily find the workshops they want and then book with ease and simplicity.
The new website has streamlined a lot of processes internally, allowing the team to easily manage coupon codes for workshops and fill any last minute cancellations through an online Waiting List.
